What are we looking for?

In our Human Resources team, we are looking for an executive in HR operations to support employee lifecycle administration:

  • On-boarding admiration including preparation of letters, work pass transitions and pre-employment screening of employees

  • In charge of data maintenance of all employee information, ensure data accuracy and integrity on HR systems as well as hard copy files

  • Support in organising employee engagement activities

  • Collaborate with multiple functions within HR – Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Learning & Development etc.

Ideal candidate shall have:

  • Experience in administrative work with HR division

  • Meticulous, organised, with eyes for details

  • Basic work knowledge with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and SAP
