For our 3-month returnship pilot programme in Singapore, we are seeking a person who is able to propose, plan and execute communication and branding activities that support our Regional HR Team. Our north star is to become the "Lighthouse of APAC region". You will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific communications initiatives ensuring consistency with company strategy, employer branding, commitments and goals in compliance with the relevant Roche standards and legal constraint.
With Singapore being the regional office, we support 16 countries within Asia Pacific. We have just executed an HR Survey that went out to different stakeholders to improve the way we operate. In Order to move valuable feedback forward, we intent to implement some communication around our efforts.
Who you are
You are somebody who has 5-10 years working experience in Communications and/or Marketing. Experience in Employer Branding would be an advantage. Whilst you have worked in that field you have worked with social media and other communications media such as newsletters, blogs etc. It will be a plus if you have an experience using Google Team Site and/or Wordpress platform. You have strong English skills and you are Service-orientated, communicative, precise, proactive personality with strong management skills (people and operations) and multi-cultural acceptance.
Singaporeans/ Singapore PR preferred.
Ideally you would have taken a career gap of at least 1 year.
3-days per week for 3 months.
At the end of the returnship, there is a potential permanent role waiting for you.
